4.2 Billing and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription activation
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are only provided in cases of billing errors or as required by applicable law.

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Service for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload, process, or share content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Process content containing personal data of others without consent
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Exceed usage limits or abuse system resources

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or process through our Service. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the requested services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6.2 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Service.

6.3 Content Processing

Files uploaded for processing are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours. We do not permanently store your files unless explicitly required for service provision.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
